Rickey Rat is the toxic waste-mutated Region Rat cousin of that wholesome mouse from the sue happiest place on earth that doesn't pretend to be something he's not. Hand drawn art from the demented mind of degenerate NWI artist Couch Wolf depicts battle torn Rickey lipping a square, because the Region smoke stacks don't pump out enough pollution to satisfy his black lungs.
